I graduated from the State University of Moldova, law school, then I graduated the master’s degree at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Have over 20 years of professional experience in jurisprudence; I have worked with the Council of Europe, the United Nations Development Program, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, the German Agency for International Cooperation and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. I am the founder and director of the Onoris Legis & Partners Legal Agency and the co-founder of the TMG Consultancy Legal Agency.
